Please know that the recommended User Name should include at least one number and one letter, with a minimum of total 8 characters. Please also kindly keep in mind that the new User Name you choose must be unique and cannot be the same as any other TD Bank Customer's existing User name. If you are still having difficulties while resetting your User Name, we encourage reaching out to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 so that we may troubleshoot the issue with you live. Our Specialists are available 24/7 to help navigate you through and see what is causing the ongoing logon problems. In case you're having trouble logging into www.tdcardservices.com, we ask that you please connect with one of our TD Card Services Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861. We can help you here as well to log back into your TD Bank Credit Card online profile.
