I have a young savers account with my daughter and am trying to find out why neither atm card i have is attached to that account any more. Is there a way to find out why

We'll first want to make sure that your ATM cards are both active and verify which accounts they are linked to. If they are linked to a different account you have with us, we'd be glad to quickly update the cards!

To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
