Hello. I've been trying to link my TDBank Gift Card that I got from my sister to my PayPal account, but I keep getting this error: "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions." I'm not quite sure why that is, so help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Our Gift Card Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 888-294-2249, and once on the phone, they'll be more than happy to troubleshoot this issue with you directly.
